Lagos State University (LASU) Ojo has secured a landmark achievement in the prestigious Times Higher Education Sub-Saharan Africa University Rankings 2024, released on Wednesday, 27th November 2024.
LASU is ranked, Best State University in Nigeria; Second Best Public University in Nigeria, just behind Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and 4th Best University in Nigeria among 37 Nigerian institutions ranked.
The university also ranked 30th Best University in Africa out of 129 institutions evaluated.

These remarkable rankings according to the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ibiyemi Olatunji-Bello underscore LASU’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, cutting-edge research, and impactful community engagement.
